Domestic shipping

Shipping methods

 Our standard shipping method is the Deutsche Post DHL business parcel. On request, we can determine the status of your shipment via Track and Trace (shipment tracking on the Internet).

Shipping costs domestic postage: 6,90 Euro
Cash on delivery : 12,50 Euro

Shipping larger quantities of yard goods

We ship larger quantities of yard goods rolled on a cardboard core with a forwarding agent.
Please ask us about your requirements and we will send you a quotation with the full shipping costs.
For quantities above this, we recommend shipping by a forwarding agent.
Self-collection in Berlin is also possible on request.

For 0.35 mm x 200 cm: from 15 running meters
For 0.60 mm x 200 cm: from 10 running meters
For 0.90 mm x 200 cm: from 8 running meters
For 1.20 mm x 200 cm: from 7 running meters
For 1.50 mm x 200 cm: from 5 running meters

We charge your card immediately when you place your order. The data is checked online by our credit card company and the amount is then debited. Your credit card details are not stored by us. Therefore, please re-enter them each time you place an order. The transfer is SSL-encrypted. If your booking cannot be made, please contact your bank and clarify whether your card is authorized for online orders.

Cash on delivery: Only within Germany, but not to PO box or postal warehouse addresses.

Shipping abroad

Important note for customers from Great Britain: Due to the bureaucratic requirements resulting from Brexit , we are unfortunately no longer able to accept orders under € 165.00 / GBP 135.00 (value of goods excluding shipping costs). We ask for your understanding.

Please note: For Sweden and Finland, €4.30 will be charged for doorstep delivery from August 2023. We charge this amount in addition to the normal shipping costs.

VAT-free shipping to customers residing outside the European Union.

Purchase in our webshop We deliver the ordered goods free of VAT. Import duties and fees will be charged once the package has reached your country. These fees are at your expense. Detailed information can be obtained from the relevant customs authorities.
